Frank grew up in Palisades Park and attended Palisades Park Public Schools. He graduated Palisades Park High School in 1988. While there he was a member of various sports teams, including the High School wrestling team, which he served as captain his junior and senior years. He served the class of 1988 as a four term class president and was vice president of student council. As a junior in high school, Frank won the NJ State Championship in public speaking, for which he earned a four year scholarship. Frank attended St. Peter's College. While at college he was a student senator, and president of both the Law and Political Science Clubs. He graduated St. Peter's in 1992, earning a BA in Political Science. From 1989 to 1994 Frank served as a coach for Leonia High School. He was an assistant varsity and junior varsity football coach and was honored to serve as the schools head varsity wrestling coach for four years. In 1994 he entered into the Mortuary Science Program at Mercer County Community College. While attending Mortuary School he served as treasurer to the Mortuary Science Fraternity Sigma Phi Sigma. He graduated in 1995 and was licensed shortly afterward. Frank married Theresa De Lorenzo, of Dumont, in 1997. Their daughters, Danielle Carrin Patti was born in October of 2003 and Samantha Rose Patti was born in September of 2006. The family resides in Englewood Cliffs, NJ and are parishioners of The Church of the Madonna in Fort Lee. Frank is a volunteer for the Bergen County Mediation Program, a member of the Fort Lee Rotary, Past Grand-Knight of Coronation Council #1863 of the Knights of Columbus, and a Fourth Degree Knight of Pope John XXIII Assembly, Cliffside Park.
