She was one of the founding members of both the Main Street Senior Club and the 475 Main Street Senior Building where she was a former President. Proud member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Fort Lee VFW and a parishioner of Madonna R.C. Church. Beloved wife of the late Saverio DeMercurio. Devoted mother of Maria Harding, Rose Martinez, Patricia Bartone and Nancy Mackie. Cherished grandmother of Jimmy, Bobby, Maria “Sissy”, Tammy, Joseph, Leslie, Stacy, Cindy, Keri and the late Andrea. Adored great grandmother of 19 and 4 great-great grandchildren. Dear sister of Marie Medaglia-Sanborn, Joseph, Sal and the Late Patsy Careri.
