Marcelo, Dr. Elpidio, age 81, of Leonia, on Saturday January 3, 2015. Born in the Phillipines he was a Medical Doctor practicing in Union City, Palisades General, and St. Mary's Hospital. Beloved Husband of Dorothy, Cherished Father of Dorothy Torres, Simeon, Elpidio and Leon Marcelo. Loving Grandfather of Carlos, Laura, Isabelle, Elpidio, Ari, Starla, Vincent and Luna. Adored Brother of Fely, Metty, Mila, Tessie, Luz, Jack, Lauro, Arsenio, Auerilo, Celso, Bio, and Dante. The family will receive their friends on Thursday 4-8pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street. Religious service will begin at 7pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Samaritans Purse.
