  2. So sorry for your loss. Herbie was a great guy who was always helping someone. He always checked on us girls to make sure we were ok and safe.
    A true Gentle Man.
Rest in Peace my old friend. You are with so many from the neighborhood that went before you.

  3. I have nothing but the fondest memories of Herbie. He was the little brother I never had.

May he rest in peace, Amen.

  4. My condolences to Herbie's family and close friends. He was a gentleman by any and all standards….rarer and rarer in our world. Glenn Leahey from the Bronx

  5. Herbie, you are one of life’s true gentlemen and you will be sadly missed. Rest in peace my friend. My deepest sympathy to all the Cullen family and wider circle of family and friends.

  6. A true friend, and the hardest working bar back on Broadway. Rest in peace Herbie. You were a guardian angel to us all, enjoy your wings now.
