Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. RIP I remember all the fun, hanging on the Hansen's steps, and all the times, you caught us behind Teledyne, I know, when I recently saw you, you didn't look well, have a safe trip home (BIG GUY).

  2. Thanks for all the laughs, what fun times we had at work Rest In Peace “Action”. To Kathy and Jan please accept our condolences. Mark was one of a kind.

Mr & Mrs Bruce Grasing Jr.

  3. At every family gathering at Curt and Jennie’s house, no one needed to announce Mark’s arrival. His loud chuckle was great to hear. He was just a big teddy bear, but I am sure more than one troublemaker wet themselves when he walked up to their window! I am so sorry for his family’s loss of such a major presence in their lives. He will be missed greatly.
    Tim

  4. Mark was like a big teddy bear. Always happy and I know family and friends will never forget him. -Ruth Jameson

  5. Kathy and family i am so sorry for your loss. I've always loved Mark. I remember him as a kid in my driveway playing basketball. Rest in peace Action.

  6. RIP Mark! I remember you well from St Michaels and hanging out on 2nd St by the O’Daly and O’Malley houses

  7. Mark was a good police officer and great Chief, He was one I could talk to and respected his opinion. I have many fond memories through the years with the Police and PBA. Mark will be missed. My deepest sympathies to Kathy and family along with the Palisade Park Police Department. Mike Cioffi

  8. I was a dispatcher as well as Captain of Pal. Pk. EMS. I always enjoyed talking football with him. We debated over EMS and what they should be doing. I fully respected Mark. You never had to be concerned with what Mark thinking. Men like him are few and thankfully most were these men make up the staff of officers at PPPD. I know he’s in a special place. All good cops wind up there. God bless you Chief and your family.
