  6. Dear Eddie, Peter, Jennie and Family

I have known Meryl for over 50 years since our childhoods in Washington Heights. She is the bravest and most courageous person I have ever known ,having faced many challenges. She is in a better place now and is reunited with her parents and her sister Georgia. She will be missed but our memories of her will always be with us.
    God bless your family,
    Paul and Jean Siomkos

  7. Dear Lefteri and family,

I was saddened to hear that Meryl passed away. My thoughts are with you and your family in this difficult time. May she rest in peace.

  8. My deepest sympathy to you all. I remember Meryl as a young woman and she was always so spirited and kind. Over the last few years we were in touch via Facebook and I'm sorry I didn't get back to NYC to get together with her. She was so happy to have her granddaughter. May she rest in peace and may God console you. Rest In Peace dear Meryl.

  9. Peter, Eddie, Jennie, and Dana,
We are so sorry for your loss. Meryl was a sweetheart of a person and she was always smiling when I saw her. I will treasure my memories of her through facebook over the last couple of years at your wedding, traveling, and as a new and very proud grandmother. My only comfort is that Meryl is with Georgia now 🙁

  10. To the family I am extending my sincerest sympathy. May the God of all comfort strengthen you all during this time of sorrow. Those who die, God keeps in his memory because he cares and they are precious in his eyes.
    Psalms 116:15

  11. To all family and friends of the deceased,
Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. Many have found true comfort in the pages of God's word the Bible (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). In God's word we find the promise that we can be reunited with our loved ones (John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). The Bible tells us where this happy reunion will take place (Psalm 37: 11, 29; Matthew 5:5). We are told why we die (Genesis 3:17-19; Romans 5:12), and that Jehovah, the God of the Bible (Psalm 83:18), will end death forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4). At John 8:32 Jesus said " and you will know the truth and the truth will set you free". For more information please visit the website jw.org.
