Mahoney, Michael, L. age 63, of Fort Lee, formerly of Jersey City, Linden and Hoboken passed away on Tuesday May 17, 2016. Born in Hoboken he was the Assistant Accounting Manager for Mitsubishi Food Ingredient Co. of Fort Lee. He was a graduate of St. Peter's College and member of Alpha Phi Omega, Pi Tau Chapter. Devoted father of Mary Ellen Mahoney and Karen Elizabeth Sattler. Cherished grandfather of Ariana. The family will receive their friends on Monday 4:00 – 8:00 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". Prayer service Tuesday in the Funeral Home at 10:30 AM interment following at Holy Cross Cemetery North Arlington, NJ.

My most enduring memories of Michael are of those happy days he spent with his friends in Belmar. In my mind, I can still see his smiling face while enjoying the company of his good friends.
He may have departed for a better place, but he will never be gone as long as he is remembered by those who knew him.

To Mike's Family:
I was so sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I knew Mike way back during our "Jersey Shore" days. We even shared a summer house together with many a happy time on the Belmar beach and in the Sea Girt Inn. He was one heck of a guy, never had a bad word for anyone. Over the years when I met him still was that same guy. My sincere sympathy to you all. Rest in peace good buddy.

We all worked very hard and late everyday and lead the company to its success. I was the inaugural President and CEO – I cannot thank Mike more for his dedication and work ethics.
