Michele has a special place in my heart forever. She always went out of her way to include Ish, Paul Michael and I in hers, Tony’s and Alexa’s life. I will be forever grateful to her for that. She took special interest in Paul, going out of her way to pick out special gifts for him and make him her chocolate chip cookies.
I will miss our talks and most of all, miss her wonderful heart. She adored her family and always put them first. Michele, I pray that your having the grandest vacation of all in heaven with your Mom.
Love,
Roseanna
“Let there be such oneness that when one cries the other tastes the salty tears….”
“Cousin / Auntie “ Michele Monica Leon honestly lived true to the meaning of her name “Leon” (Lion) in her case “Lioness”. She was a Lioness of a woman when it came to nurturing, loving and protecting her family and her beliefs.
With her you always knew where you stood… be it center, right or left of her path.
In a world full of mediocrity, she was a force to be reckoned with; be it if you where a loved one, family, friend or… foe, you knew at all times you were dealing with a person that was “true to thyself”.
I, Roseanna and Paul Michael will always remember Cousin/Aunt Michele as a cunning , smart and watchful “Lioness” but was as loving and as gentle as a “Dove”.
Proud to have been part of her family.
Always In our Hearts
Ish
