Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Tom & Family~
We are so sorry to hear about Pat's passing. She put a spark into everything she touched. We will always remember the memories & good times shared at Shady lake…whether gabbing poolside or dancing the night away. You are in our thoughts & prayers. Ginger/Peter & Family

  2. Dear Tom and Family,
Our hearts are broken to hear of Pat's passing. Brian and I were so blessed to have Pat (and you) in our lives as Christian's full time caregiver from Jan 2012 – Jan 2013. Pat was so incredibly proud of her children and grandchildren, and the love she had for her immediate and extended family was evident in every word she spoke. Our prayers are with you and your family to help you through this difficult time. Love, Dana and Brian Neill

  3. I am so saddened to hear about Pat’s passing. She was a true blessing in my life, and countless others. She will always be alive in the hearts of those who knew her and loved her. My deepest sympathies.
    Josh

  4. Dear Tom,

Our deepest condolences thoughts are with you. We will miss Pat very much. She always had a friendly smile for Daphne and me and we always enjoyed the conversations we had with her. We will never forget about the platter of Christmas cookies she baked for us every year.

Thinking of you at this difficult time. May you find peace and love in the memories you cherish.

    Your neighbors

    Yasemin, Dave and Daphne Kunukcu

  5. I just found out by a freak coincidence. My heart breaks for the family. Pat was like a 2nd mom to me. Kristine and I became so very close on tour and afterwards her family took me in and let me stay with them for a summer. Kristine and I had some awesome times that summer. I had never met such an amazing and loving woman. Was filled with energy and love. She loved and accepted everyone. She called me her "jennifa" it was our thing. I send all my love to her adoring husband Tom, who was just the coolest guy and as accepting as Pat, of course my heart and prayers go out to all the kids and grand kids. May you all be filled with love and light and all the wonderful and beautiful memories you shared with "mom". I wish I wouldve known, I wouldve been there to celebrate her life.

all my love from me and the Polish's
