Pierina Bruni
March 14, 1938 ~ September 30, 2018
It is with great sadness that on Sunday, September 30, 2018, our loving mother, Pierina Bruni quietly past away and is now in the peaceful presence of God.
Our mother, Pia, was born on March 14th, 1938 in Aiello Italy. In 1958, she married and immigrated to the United States and resided in West New York, NJ. Later she and her family moved to Ridgefield, NJ where she raised her children and lived out the remainder of her life. Pia loved to sew, kept an immaculate home, had an incredible voice and loved to sing but mostly, she loved her children and grandchildren.
Pia is survived by her three children, Angelo Bruni, Fernando Bruni and Luciano Bruni, her Daughter in Laws Susan and Maryjane, her grandchildren, Nicholas, Emma, Marcella, Gianna, Francesca, Stefano and her three brothers, Antonio Bernardo, Franco Bernardo and Marcello Bernardo.

When you speak of your mom, speak not with tears, for thoughts of her should not be sad. Let memories of the times you shared give you comfort, for her life was rich because of you.
We were very sad to hear this news but are glad she is no longer suffering. My family sends thoughts and prayers to your family.
You will always have a special place in my heart.
God bless…
Love,
Tara (& family)
My heart goes out to you all — Ang, Ferd, Luch, Marcello, and Frank. Pia was a lovely person and I cared about her very much. She was very funny at times and I do remember her singing. Most of all she had this sweet smile. I’ll always remember that.
