Pieratos, Theodora, nee: Manzikos, age 69, of Fort Lee, on Thursday January 18, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lechaio, Cornith Greece she immigrated to the United States in 1967. She was a beautician who worked at Tino's D'este Salon and Ooh La La Salon. She was a member of the Philoptochos of St. Gerasimos and a devout volunteer to the monasteries of St. Paraskevi and Agia Skepi (Holy Protection Monastery). Her passion for cooking was only second to her love for family. She was blessed with creative talents and was known for her abilities in sewing, cooking, painting, and gardening. Most importantly she was selfless woman who always was there to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. Beloved wife of Jerry Pieratos. Devoted mother of Niko Pieratos and his wife Laura & Vasili Pieratos. Cherished grandmother of John and Kayli. Dear sister of George Mantzikos and his wife Vasso along with their children Katerina and John and their families. She will be missed by her extensive family both in the United Sates and Greece. The family will receive their friends on Sunday 3 – 7 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". All are asked to assemble Monday in St. Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church (153 W. 105th Street New York City) at 11:00 AM for funeral services interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery (Englewood).
