He always had a smile on his face when I saw him. we would always reminisce about the old days. Softball with ECPD, my mom, dad and my brothers. Him being Boro clerk when i got sworn in to the PD. He will be missed. May he rest in peace in God’s hands. May God bless you and your families.

  3. I cannot remember my childhood fondly without you in it. You were an amazing, supportive father who loved not only your children, but all of their friends. You always gave great advise to us and put up with a lot of shinnanigans too. I am so lucky and blessed to have had you in my life. You’re with Emily now and that gives me peace. Give her a big hug for me. You are finally at peace ❤️

  8. Bob Talbot was an amazing human being.

An honest, shoot from the hip sort of guy who had an amazing heart and would move the world for his family and his friends.

I had the pleasure of working with him over a number of years and learned a lot (both personally and professionally) from him.

    He will be missed.
