Anthony Fatovich

Anthony “Tony” Fatovich was born on August 28, 1940 on the island of Sestrunj, Croatia. He was one of 11 children born to Ivan and Bozica Fatovic. As a teenager, he escaped a then communist Yugoslavia with his friends in a row boat over night in search of a better life. He found that in New Jersey, where he resided for over 60 years and lived out what many would consider ‘The American Dream.’ At 81 years old, along with his beautiful wife of 49 years, Zdenka, he relocated to Los Angeles to be closer to his beloved children Ivan and Alexandra. He lived out his golden years between Los Angeles and Croatia. He will be dearly missed.
