ANTHONY ROBERT BUTTINO

June 11, 1943 – December 16, 2020

Buttino, Anthony (Tony) Robert, 77 of Brick Township, NJ, formerly of Paramus, NJ passed away on December 16, 2020. He died peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Margo (D'Angelo)and his two devoted children: Jill Buttino, Michael Buttino (Sarah). He was "Papo" to his three beloved grandchildren: Matthew, Michael and Harper Buttino. He is also survived by his brother John Buttino, sister-in-law Phyllis Buttino, sister-in-law Patricia D'Angelo and many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Patsy and Violet Buttino and his brother William Buttino.

Tony started his career as a Union Carpenter, then went on to become Business Agent and President of Hudson County Carpenters Local 6, Council Representative Local 253, Vice President of Hudson County Building Trades, Warden on the NJ State Council of Carpenters.

A celebration of life will take place on Monday 9:30–10:30 AM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave at 10:30 AM for the celebration of his funeral mass in St. Matthew's R.C Church at 11AM.
