Barbara Straub

Straub, Barbara, age 74, of Franklin New Jersey, formerly Fort Lee, passed away on Wednesday January 19, 2022. She worked as a police matron fort the Fort Lee Police Department and a security guard at Fort Lee’s very own Malcom Towers. Loving mother to Donna Medaglia and her husband John, and Billy Joe Straub. Loving Grandmother to Michael and Anthony Medaglia. Predeceased by her cherished husband Donald Straub her adoring parents William and Ruth, and sister Ruth Bogad. Barbara was a one-of-a-kind woman with a heart of gold but also one of the toughest individuals to live. Barbara was deeply loved by her entire family, cat Misty, and the many she encountered throughout her long lifetime. Barbara’s lifetime on this planet may have come to an end, but there will not be a moment that passes that she is not missed dearly.
