Cappadona, Elix Elena, nee:Herrera, age 58, of Leonia. Born in Manhattan, Elix (Lily) was a graduate of Fordham University with a B.S in Economics. She was formerly an underwriter for Metropolitan Life Insurance. Beloved wife of Robert Cappadona. Devoted mother of Robert Blaise Cappadona. Dear sister of Virginia McKenna and the late Hernan Herrera. Dear sister-in-law to Diane Cappadona and Martha Herrera, and brother-in-law to James McKenna. Mother-in-law to Arlene Cappadona. Dear aunt to Cassidy McKenna, CJ McKenna, and Jessica Herrera-Hughes. God mother to Victor Gonzalez and Anais Rodriguez. She will also be dearly missed by her beloved dog, Sparky. The family will receive their friends on Monday 4-8 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library.” The funeral will leave Tuesday at 10:30 am for the celebration of her funeral mass in Madonna R.C.
