Emily M Zagacki

Zagacki, Emily M. nee: Law, age 93, of Leonia, passed surrounded by family at home, on Monday April 21, 2025. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and attended Katharine Gibbs secretarial school. Most of her life she enjoyed helping her son run Cherokee Tree Service. Emily selflessly gave her all to her family who meant everything to her. She was most proud of all of her six children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very strong-willed and resilient woman. She touched and enriched the life of every person she met.

Beloved wife of the late Henry “Hank” Zagacki, Sr. Devoted mother of Linda Kuminski and her husband Marty, Jeannie Greene and her husband Kevin, Karen McLaughlin and her husband Dan, John Zagacki and his wife Gail, and the late Timothy and Henry Zagacki Jr. Cherished grandmother of Matthew, Brooke, Ronnie, Rita, the late Henry, Jr. , Tara, Kelly, Jessica, Danielle, Ryan, Nicholas, Ashley, Brielle, Landon, Ryen, Kristopher, and Kimberly. Adored great grand-mother Madison, Joseph, Allie, Gianna, Jada, Sean Mason, Maya, Emilia, McKenna, Eli, Nina, and Jesse. Devoted daughter of the late William and Angelina Law.

The family will receive their friends on Wednesday 3:00 - 7:00 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave Thursday at 9:15 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in St. John’s R. C. Church at 10:00 AM. If so desired donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
