Enrico G. Pulice

Enrico Giovanni Pulice,  “Rick”, age 67 of Denville, formerly of Fort Lee, passed peacefully at home on November 2, 2024 surrounded by loved ones after a courageous seven-year battle with cancer. 

Rick was a loving husband and devoted father of two daughters. He lived his life largely as a fisherman, food enthusiast, restaurant owner, and entrepreneur. Rick was known for his intelligence, compassion, and unwavering loyalty; he touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Whether offering a thoughtful piece of advice or a listening ear, he was a friend who could always be relied upon. His genuine kindness and ability to make others feel valued made him a cherished presence in the lives of his family, friends, and the Fort Lee/Englewood Cliffs community. Rick will be remembered not only for his wisdom and integrity but also for the love and support he gave so freely. 

Rick graduated from Pace University, started his career as a CPA, and embraced his entrepreneurial spirit throughout his lifetime. One of his proudest accomplishments was succeeding his parents as the owner of Fort Lee Pizzeria, a legacy he cherished and continued to uphold with dedication and pride. 

Rick’s family was his greatest joy. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Carin (Preschle); his daughters, Christiana Pulice and Vanessa Armenti (Pulice) and her husband, Ryan. He is the cherished son of Maria and the late Bonaventura Pulice and dear brother of Mario and Peter and his wife Heidi. Rick is the proud godfather to Christopher Pulice and Elizabeth Driscoll and loving “Uncle Rick” to numerous nieces and nephews. 

He leaves behind a legacy of love, devotion, and lasting friendships. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to call him a friend. 

The family will receive their friends on Saturday and Sunday from 3-7 pm at the Frank Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home, 327 Main Street, Fort Lee, NJ.  Rick’s funeral mass will be held in the Main Church of the Madonna on Monday at 11 am. If desired, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, or Memorial Sloan Kettering Colon Cancer Research in honor of Enrico Pulice.   For more information call (201) 944-0100.
