Frank Mcentee

McEntee, Frank age 69, of Leonia, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2015. Frank was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service for over 34 years spending the last 2 years as an instructor at the Postal Academy. Frank was a volunteer with the Sharing Network for 10 years. He spread the word about organ donations at various events in Northern New Jersey. Volunteering and working on public awareness issues were part of his life. He was an Eagle Scout and a Scoutmaster in the Boy Scouts of America for 27 years and he worked as an advisor for the Ecumenical Youth Group in his community for 8 years. Frank is survived by his wife, Linda (Gerken) and his daughter, Alicia. He was the loving uncle to 11 nieces and nephews and 9 great nieces and nephews. The family will receive their friends on Thursday 7:00 – 9:00 PM and Friday 3-5 & 7-9 pm at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street "opposite the Fort Lee Library". The funeral will leave Saturday at 10:30 am for the celebration of his funeral mass in St. John R. C. Church at 11:00 am.
