Battaglia, George age 86, of Mount Arlington, on Monday September 25, 2023.

He was born in New York, New York and was a Systems Analyst for the IRS, NYC. Beloved husband of the late Frances M. nee LaHara. Devoted father Joann Hansen and her husband Richie; Lorraine Gaglioti and her husband Peter . Cherished grandfather of Danielle, Brandon, Dana, Peter Anthony and Vincent George. Loving great grandfather of Jordan, Nicholas and Dominik.

George loved cars, sports and spending time with family. He enjoyed going to see his great grandchildren playing sports. He was a big New York Yankee fan and golfing. George is now resting in peace with the love of his life.

The family will receive their friends on Thursday 3:00 – 7:00 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave Friday at 10:00 AM for the celebration of his funeral mass in St. Nicholas R.C. Church, Palisades Park at 10:30 AM.
