Margaret Lena Gisonni

Gisonni, Margaret, nee: Tardibuono, age 89, of Cliffside Park, on August 3, 2022. Devoted wife to the late Carl Gisonni. Loving mother to Carl Gisonni and JoAnn Tisi. Cherished grandmother and great grandmother to Margaret Gina Meltzer, Carla Tisi, Raquel Tisi, Arthur “AJ” Tisi affectionally known as “The King” by grandmama, and Willow and Miles Meltzer. As well as loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. Margaret was born in New York, New York to the late Joseph and Bessie Tardibuono. From this union they were blessed with Margaret, Theresa and Joseph Jr.

Margaret’s first love was her family. She enjoyed having her family surround her especially during the holidays. While making all her traditional Italian cuisine and goodies. Margaret was outgoing and prided herself on her appearance and fashion. She had a larger than lifer personality. Margaret will be truly missed.

The family will receive their friends on Wednesday 4-8 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave Thursday at 10:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in Madonna On The Hill at 11:00 AM.
