Mary Clinton

Clinton, Mary (nee:Murphy) age 80, of Leonia, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 surrounded by her family. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and moved to New Jersey after her marriage. Prior to the birth of her children, she worked as a children's librarian and retained her love of books for her entire life. She gave her time and talents to a number of charities over the years and also volunteered as an ESL Tutor. She traveled the world but her favorite place to be was with family and friends.

Beloved wife to Donald J. Clinton. Loving mother to Anne Marie Duffy-Hlatky and her husband Fred, Barbara Caramagno and her husband Tony, and her late daughter Donna Clinton. Cherished grandmother of Lidia, Amanda, and Kyle. Devoted great grandmother to Christopher and Valerie.

The family will receive their friends on Tuesday, November 21 3-5 PM & 7-9 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave the home Wednesday at 10:30 AM for the celebration of her funeral mass in Madonna R.C. Church On The Hill at 11 AM.
