Patricia A. Dalton

Patricia Ann “Patti” Dalton (née Castrianni), 72, passed away on February 26, 2025 at home in Manahawkin, New Jersey. Born on February 26, 1953, in Fort Lee, New Jersey and raising her family in Maywood, New Jersey, Patti lived a life filled with love, devotion, and warmth.

Patti was the beloved wife of Thomas Dalton and a devoted mother to her sons Michael, James, and John Dalton. She cherished her daughters-in-law Kimberly, Kate, and Kathleen as part of her family. Her greatest joy came from being a loving grandmother to Keira, Kellan, Liam, Madison, Alyssa, Olivia, and Mia. She also had a special place in her heart for her grandpups Guinness and Ember.

Family was at the center of Patti’s life. She was known for her big heart and unwavering love for those closest to her. She found immense joy in cooking and baking, always preparing her children’s and grandchildren’s favorite meals and treats with care. Holidays were especially meaningful to Patti—she delighted in decorating for every occasion and creating a warm and festive atmosphere for gatherings. Whether hosting family down the shore or simply sharing a home-cooked meal, she made every moment special.

Patti is also survived by her brother Joseph Castrianni (Patricia) and her sister Ann Brown (Donald) as well as nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Edithe ”Peggy” Castrianni and her sister Edithe Castrianni.

A wake will be held on March 3, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Frank Patti Funeral Home, located at 327 Main Street in Fort Lee, New Jersey. A funeral service will take place on March 4, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church at 2367 Lemoine Avenue in Fort Lee.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Patti’s legacy of love and generosity will live on through the many lives she touched. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who knew and loved her.
