Patricia Ann Grandelis

Patricia Ann Grandelis, affectionately known as Nanny, mother to Louis A. Grandelis, passed away on Saturday July 13, 2024 in Westwood New Jersey, after a long battle with dementia. Her final moments were spent peacefully surrounded by family. Born to Catherine (Ginocchio) and Joseph Walter Scott on May 03, 1932, in New York City, she was a beacon of light and warmth to her family that she dearly loved. Patricia was sister to John Scott, Helen Craig, Ethel Baumann, and Cathy Banks.

Known for her compassion for others, her smile, and her dedication to her family, Patricia will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Always ready with a comforting word or an engaging story, Patricia’s family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life not the sadness of her passing.

She is survived by her son Louis A. Grandelis and her granddaughter Olivia A. Grandelis, Louis’ partner Abby Zamora, her grandson Michael Zamora, her sister Cathy Banks, many loving family members, and her beloved Penny.

Patricia will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who were blessed to know her.
