Peter (Panagiotis) Getsos age 89, of Fort Lee, on March 5, 2016. He was born in Mavrovo Kastoria, Greece and was a furrier. Beloved husband of Soultana Getsos. Devoted father of Dr. John P. Getsos and his wife Maria N. Sakalis, Jerry P. Getsos and his wife Kathleen (Smith) Getsos. Cherished grandfather of Panagiotis, Alexandra, Julia, Peter, and Dahlia.
The family will receive their friends on Sunday 5-8PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. All are asked to assemble at St. John The Theologian Greek Orthodox Cathedral Tenafly Monday March 7th at 10:30 viewing and Funeral to follow 11:00, Burial at Brookside Cemetery Englewood NJ .
