Peter Murphy Hoffman

Hoffman, Peter M., age 79, of Englewood Cliffs NJ and Boca Raton, FLA, died on Sunday December 6, 2020. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was graduate of Rutgers University. He began his career with the Ford Motor Company in Labor Relations and retired as the President of SGL North America of Charlotte, NC. He was a loyal member of The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of St. John the Theologian in Tenafly and St. Mark's Greek Orthodox Church of Boca Raton, Florida.

A life -long golf enthusiast who was always up for a good political debate, Peter was completely and selflessly dedicated to his wife and family. Beloved husband of 38 years to Helen (nee: Vrakas). Beloved father of Kathleen and Michael. Dear brother of Susan Cardinal and Charles and Susan Hoffman. Adored brother-in-law of Irene Vrakas and Joan and Jim Kafes. Cherished uncle of David and Michael Calligeros. He will be missed by many great friends.

The family will receive their friends on Thursday morning at the funeral home from the hours of 10- 11 am.
