Salvatore Laspina

LaSpina, Salvatore, age 97, of Leonia, passed peacefully, surrounded by his family on Tuesday April 23, 2024. Born in New York, NY. Sal was a Barber on 96th Street in Manhattan for most of his life, and then furthered his career as security of River View on the Park Condominiums in Edgewater, NJ. Sal worked until he was 91 years old. He was best known for his ambition, kind heart, generosity and witty sense of humor.

Loving father to Deborah and her husband Roy Riggitano, Joseph LaSpina and his wife Colleen  and Salvatore LaSpina Jr and his  wife, Theresa. Cherished grandfather to  his eight grandchildren, and three great granddaughters.  Predeceased by his adored wife Anne LaSpina. 

 The family will receive their friends on Thursday 4-7   April 25^th at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”.  The funeral will leave Friday at  10:30 AM  for the celebration of his funeral mass in Madonna  R.C.
