Shelton H. Hsieh

Shelton H. Hsieh, age 87, of Fort Lee, passed at home surrounded by his family on Sunday, September 6, 2020 due to end stage congestive heart failure and a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Born in Shanghai, China, he traveled to Taiwan, Canada and finally New York. He was a lifelong champion of education and loved singing.

Beloved husband of Ling Hsieh (nee Liu) for 47 years. Devoted father of David and his wife Brenda and Sylva and her husband Peter. Grandfather of Adrian and Oliver.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Teachers College Columbia University, his alma mater.
