Thomas James Ring Sr.

Ring Sr., Thomas J, age 95, of Edgewater, on Saturday October 20, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Gloria nee: Tarabola. Devoted father of Theresa Gennarelli and her husband Frank and Thomas Ring, Jr and his wife Karen. Cherished grandfather of Maria, Frank, Joseph and Thomas. Loving great grandfather of Elizabeth, Nicholas, Mason and Leah. Thomas was born in Edgewater and operated the road department at the DPW of Edgewater. He was a member of the Edgewater Volunteer Fire Department and the State Exempts. Thomas served with pride and distinction in the Navy during WWII in the Pacific Theatre on 6 Fleet invasions where he was the pilot on the landing Barge. The family will receive their friends on Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the Frank A. Patti and Kenneth Mikatarian Funeral Home 327 Main Street “opposite the Fort Lee Library”. The funeral will leave Wednesday at 9:30 Am for the celebration of his funeral mass in Holy Rosary RC Church at 10 AM .
