Frank Patti made one of the most difficult and painful experiences of my life — burying my beloved Mom — as tolerable as it could possibly be. Their care to detail was impeccable! After my first meeting with Frank Sr., I KNEW immediately that my Mom was in good hands. I can’t adequately describe the heartfelt sincerity that Frank showed our entire family. And at the most vulnerable time in our lives, Frank could have steered us to spending a fortune but he didn’t! To his credit, he was practical and logical, thinking of what would be best for my Mom and our family—NOT his bottom line. I can never thank him enough.
