On Tuesday October 17, 2006, Frank Patti, independent owner and senior director was presented by the National Funeral Directors Association with their Best of the Best Award.

This award is the highest award given in NFDA's pursuit of excellence program, whose goal is to recognize the best ideas in service and funerals among funeral homes in the nation.

Frank Patti's Funeral Home was one of nine funeral homes in the nation to ever receive this award, and the only funeral home in New Jersey to be considered the BEST of the BEST.
